Spinach Soup
ONION, small: 10 Gram
WHEAT, flour(refined): 5 Gram
GREEN GRAM, dhal: 10 Gram
SPINACH: 100 Gram
GARLIC, dry: 5 Gram
COMMON SALT: 5 Gram
PEPPER, dry: 5 Gram
COOKING OIL (Groundnut oil/mustard oil/coconut oil)
1. Melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic gentle for 5 min.
2. add the chopped spinach and cook it gently until tender.
3. stir in the flour, then whisk in the stock.bring to a boil and season with the salt and pepper.
4. cover and simmer for 5 min.
5. sieve and strain, return to the rinsed pan, bring back to oil and adjust the seasoning.
