CURRY LEAVES: 1 Tea Spoon
CORIANDER LEAVES: 1 Tea Spoon
ONION, small: 15 Gram
ASAFOETIDA: 1 Gram
COMMON SALT: 2 Gram
LEMON: 3 Gram
MUSTARD SEEDS: 1 Gram
BLACK GRAM, dhal: 1 Tea Spoon
CHILLIES, green: 0.5 Tea Spoon
SORGHUM FLOUR,WHOLE-GRAIN: 20 Gram

1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds and urad dal.
2. When the mustard seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and curry leaves and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
3. Add the chopped onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
4. Add the roasted jowar flour and sauté on a medium flame for 2 more minutes.
5. Add the green peas, chopped green chilli paste, chopped coriander and salt and mix well.
6. Add 2 cups of hot water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
7. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
